Grafton Fire Department
The Grafton Fire Department serves the City of Grafton and Taylor County. Some of the services provided include, fire suppression, structural, vehicle and brush fire fighting. emergency medical response, rescue operations, fire prevention and public education. The Grafton Fire Department is a combination department with both career firefighters and volunteers. Volunteers play an essential role in staffing, apparatus and supporting emergency responses.

Grafton-Taylor County Health Department
The Grafton-Taylor County Health Department provides Adult and Child Immuzations, Health screenings and communicable disease testing and education, family planning, harm reduction services, narcan training. They also provide environmental health programs such as food safety, lodging inspections, water testing, tatoo/piercing regulations, as well as several other services to Grafton and Taylor County.

Flemington Fire Department
The fire department that is empowered to provide fire protection and first response services for the Town of Flemington is the Flemington Fire Department. The Flemington Fire Department also employs the services of other county VFDs, to oversee the fire protection district that encompasses the Town of Flemington.

Flemington EMS
Flemington EMS is a branch of emergency services dedicated to providing out-of-hospital acute medical care and/or transport to definitive care, to patients with illnesses and injuries which the patient, or the medical practitioner, believes constitutes a medical emergency. The goal of the Flemington EMS as it relates to Emergency Medical Services is to either provide treatment to those in need of urgent medical care, with the goal of satisfactorily treating the malady, or arranging for timely removal of the patient to the next point of definitive care.

Taylor County EMERGENCY SQUAD
The Taylor County Emergency Squad provides EMS services across all of Taylor County, providing 24/7 Emergency Medical Response, including Advanced Life Support and Basic Life Support. Interfacility Transfers, Community Education, CPR classes, first aid training and standby coverage at public events are also some of the tasks performed. The Taylor County Emergency Squad has paid EMTs and Paramedics.

Grafton Police department
The Grafton Police Department is responsible for enforcing city ordinances, state laws, and maintaining public safety within the City of Grafton. The Department offers 24/7 coverage of neighborhoods, businesses and roadways, as well as responding to 911 calls. As part of community policing, the Grafton Police Department builds relationships with residents, offers school safety programs and public education.

Boothsville Fire Department
The Boothsville Fire Department provides fire protection, rescue, and First Responder services to parts of Taylor, Harrison, and Marion Counties. They also provide mutual aid assistance to various other fire departments. Some of the types of services provided include; Fire Suppression, Rescue operations including search and rescue, First Responder services, as well as public education and fire safety demonstrations. Boothsville Fire Department relies on their volunteer members, their dedication and commitment are vital for public safety.
